Our Garments are custom made

Processing time is 14 -21 business days ( not including weekends)  after we Process your order we ship. 

billing must match shipping information all Prom gown’s purchases must be authorize by sending us a email stating you authorize this purchase with in 24 hours . 

 shipping time will normally take 2-4 days to arrive. This varies based on the shipping courier and location.

Once your Dress is done processing we will send you a tracking number to your email.

Please order ahead of Time . To receive your lovely dress before your event . 

 Prom gowns 7 weeks to process 5-7 days for shipping 

Please order a head of time we are not responsible for orders not coming on your time. We have shipping policies and processing time in place Please read before you order.
